Elan International LLC (Elan), a woman-owned small business, provides comprehensive consulting services and products to support our clients both nationally and internationally. In operation since 1997, Elan International's Maryland-based headquarters focuses on five core competencies. Elan has developed alliances with a number of other organizations, which enable the company to bring the best team together to provide the right solutions to address our clients' needs. As of January 2005, Elan was certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) under the U.S. Small Business Administration's guidelines and in April 2006 Elan received SBA 8(a) certification.

In 2008, Elan was honored as one of the Top 100 Minority and Woman Owned Businesses in the metropolitan Washington, DC area.
